1940 Franklin D Roosevelt FDR Tiny Small 1/2" BLUE Pinback Button Pin RARE! Shipped with USPS First Class Package. Condition is used. We combine shipping for multiple auction winners. This 1/2" Blue and White FDR button is from his 1940 campaign. This is the smallest FDR campaign button every produced. Geraghty Company out of Chicago produced this button. Their logo on the back of the pin is super clear on a bright, shiny background. It's in fantastic shape for it's age. Sto...red in a smoke-free and humidity-free environment. As a dominant leader of his party, he built the New Deal Coalition, which realigned American politics into the Fifth Party System and defined American Liberalism throughout the middle third of the 20th century. His third and fourth terms were dominated by World War II, which ended shortly after he died in office. He has been subject to substantial criticism.
