After a tragic car accident, a brilliant surgeon keeps the head of his fiancee alive on an operating table, while he goes off seducing young and beautiful women in the hopes of finding a new body to graft the head onto. There is also a truly grotesque monster in the closet who rips people’s arms out of their sockets. Classic! OFFICIAL POSTER GRADING: Excellent to Very Good. Standard, but light fold line. Light general wear in keeping with the age of the poster.
