This is the Original (1sh) 1962 movie poster THE BRAIN THAT WOULDN'T DIE. It was used by American International to promote this movie when it was released in 1962. This movie poster is not a reprint nor a reproduction. It was directed b...y Joseph Green. The artwork is by Reynold Brown. This restored movie poster is Rolled and linen backed and measures 27 x 41". With linen backing it measures 28.50" x 43.50". Prior to restoration this poster was Folded. Most original movie posters pre-1985 are Folded. This is not considered a flaw or a defect. This original movie poster is graded C8.5 Very Fine to Near Mint. Original movie posters are graded as follows from the top down: C10 (Mint), C9 (Near Mint), C8 (Very Fine), C7 (Fine/Very Fine), C6 (Fine or Very Good), C5 (Good to Very Good), C4 (Good), etc. It is hard to find any original movie posters pre-1985 in C10 Mint condition. In addition, we go by one industry standard that any restored original movie poster shall not be graded higher than a C8.5. Tearson the right border near the top and on the left border center; g. Creasingand smudging at the top above “WITHOUT”; h.
