Beautiful 1950s Vintage Madame Alexander Cissy In Beautiful Red Satin Ballgown. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.Please review ALL photos before placing a bid! This Cissy doll has had body repairs! See the last photos for the before and after condition of this doll!The doll has been completely restrung and is in very good posing condition. There are two repairs that have been made. The crotch has a slight separation but has been repaired as best as possible. She als...o had a crack along the side of her torso that has been completely repaired. You can’t even tell where the fault was. Her arms and legs are as original as well as her head. I’ve not enhanced any face paint on the doll’s face. Her eyes open and close. Her wig is in very good original condition and has not been washed. I have replaced the bands holding the sides and back. Her lovely dress is just gorgeous on her. It is a very full skirted (longer in the back) red satin gown. It closes with three snaps in back. Under is a Madame Alexander pink taffeta petticoat. She has ivory taffeta panties and seamed nylons with silver new replacement shoes. I’ve added a nice feather boa and she has a lovely faux diamond necklace. This doll displays beautifully! Although she had a questionable beginning, I think she is a respectable doll in her own right! Sold as is and if you need more photos of this doll or have questions, please ask.
