Vintage Ponytail Barbie 3 Blonde Blue Eyeshadow GREAT PAINT Head Only

The face paint is all original and in great condition, with the rare blue eyeshadow. The last two photos show this #3 ponytail Barbie head next to my #4 ponytail Barbie, and you can see this is much paler than the #4 Barbie. The vinyl has not completely faded to white, though.
The hair is shiny and in good condition, except the hair at the bottom of the ponytail is a bit frizzy and uneven, there are a few fly-away hairs, and it could use a restyling. Th...e rubber bands are replaced, not the original ones.
There is no green ear, The vinyl is clean except there is one tiny dark speck on the vinyl under the left cheek, above the neck, and there are a few very tiny faint marks here and there on the vinyl as you can see in the photos.
There are no splits or cracks on the neck rim. It is plain except for a very faint number 20.
