Mid-Century Modern Empoli Italian Art Glass Hand Blown Optic Quilt Blue 8 3/4" Brandy Snifter Chalice VaseIcy Aqua Blue Color is Stunning!From the Empoli Region of Italy - Circa 1960sFeatures an Optic Design with a Slightly Scalloped RimMeasures approx. 8 3/4" H x 3 1/4" Rim D x 4 1/4" Base DVERY GOOD CONDITION ~ No nicks, chips, cracks, flea bites or repairs. There are the normal air bubbles that are inherent to pieces such as this. PLease note that there is a crease/line blown ...into the glass on the foot that on first glance might be mistaken for a crack. (see last pic) I wanted to point it out, because people not familiar with these anomalies in hand blown pieces might mistake it for such. This will make a wonderful addition to your Italian art glass collection, or be a great gift idea for the Italian Art Glass enthusiast.
