It features an oval painting which was done by hand surrounded by an Etruscan style frame consisting of gold beading an multiple different gauges of twisted gold wire. This piece can be worn as either a brooch or a pendant as it has both a pin and a bail on the back side. No chain is included with this piece. However, if you'd like to wear it as a pendant, the inside dimensions of the bail are listed above so you can verify whether it will fit your chain before you buy. This piece is in excellent ALL ORIGINAL condition. There is one gold bead missing and there are some minor chips and scratches to the painting's clear coat. Enjoy!
