Vintage MME Alexander 15 " Doll Brunette Tagged Outfit Madame Scarlett O ' Hara

This is a vintage MME Alexander Doll
She is approx 14 or 15" long
Tagged dress has a under slip with a metal hoop in it
There is a tiny hole in the back of the dress
There is a chunk of material missing under the neck. I didn't notice until I moved the head all the way up
She has a few small cracks, one on her hand going up her arm.
I believe she is composition from the 1940s or 1950s.
I don't have the history of this doll so I don't know if s...he has ever been restored.
She is shedding her hair. I find strands every time I move her.
I don't know if the doll is Scarlett O'hara from Gone with the wind, but it looks like her.
I don't know where the dress is from or what it is called but it is tagged under the black lace collar. If you know what it is, let me know and I will add it to the description
