Vintage Madame Alexander 22"-23" , "Little Genius" Composition head, hands and legs. Cloth body.Condition:Cracked paint on head....has been filled in, glue residue and netting residue from her wig....all painted over with acrylic paint.
Her face has very light crazing, touch up on tip of her nose and one touch up on her right cheek.
Brown sleep eyes with working sleep mechanism. "Real" eyelashes. Missing lashes on outer corner of her right eye.
Hands have all finge...rs accounted for. Some paint missing on a few of the finger tips. Left ring finger has a paint crack. Crazing on both hands.
Light crazing on her right leg. Cracked paint along the outer side of her left leg...looks like they have been filled in at one time.Both of her feet appear to be repainted.
Cloth body is in good condition. Her back was opened to install a new crier....replaced crier is not working anymore.
She is dressed in a vintage cream colored organdy dress with lace accents and a matching bonnet. Cute beige colored shoes and cream colored sock with lace ruffles. Dress is in excellent vintage condition. No stains or any damages I can see. The bonnet is also in great condition so are the shoes and socks.She wears white slip with long sleeve, does not matches the slip.All pieces of her outfit are untagged. She comes from an avid composition doll collector, all of her dolls have been very well taken care off and loved but she needs to downsize her collection. Smoke free home.
