Vintage VOGUE Transitional Strung GINNY Doll with Rabbit Fur Coat Ensemble, Painted Lashes and Tagged Gown
Vintage from the 1950s
This lovely doll and her rabbit fur coat ensemble were made by The Vogue Doll Company.
This cute blonde haired 8" Ginny doll comes with rabbit coat, hat, two muffs, blue gown, underwear and socks.
The coat is lined with white taffeta. The dress ha...s the Vogue Doll company tag in it, and the back of the doll has the Vogue Doll imprint.
The string body is fairly loosely held together. The eyes of the doll stick and do not shut when tilted.
The cap is held on by an elastic chin strap, and the muffs are held onto the wrists by elastics, which still have hold to them.
Coat and dress close with hook and eyes. The velvet top of the gown shows slight discoloration due to age.
The rabbit fur is clean and in good condition.
The gown strap has come undone from the snap that held it on the back of the dress.
The body of the doll is clean yet show signs of wear common with a doll of this age.
