** 7 Day Auction **Wendy is a rare doll made only in 1953with nice heavy hard plastic.She can stand on her ownand poses well.
Wendy is wearing a tagged Alexander-kins dress in excellent condition "Little Victoria" #328 from 1954. Green striped skirt trimmed in rick rack with black velvet bodice. The bodice is trimmed with pink metal floral brads. Blonde hair with triple stitched wig in original hairdo. She has blue eyes and painted lo...wer eyelashes and her rosy cheeks. Wendy is wearing Mary Jane style black shoes with white socks. Wendy has a flaw on her torso. Her seams are cracked on both sides, Please see the photos. I'm sure a doll doctor can fix it easily. No one would notice her flaw unless they undress her. I chose not to fix her, because she remains in her natural vintage state. It doesn't take away from her beauty. She is marked "ALEX" on her back.Please note that my dolls are sold in as-is condition. Please do not hesitate to ask for any additional photos or closeups as I am parting with my collection and want to make sure you know as much as possible about them before purchasing them. I took several photos so, again, please do not hesitate to ask. I hope she brings as much joy to you as she has me. Believe me, it is very hard to part with them.
