Erasure Wild Tour Billbiard Poster + programme + stubs 1989/1990.
As the photos show this is a big poster (40" x 60") that has been stored folded. The size is officially Billboard 4 Sheet. There are some water markings on the back of the poster but they have not affected the quality of the print on the front. The silver of Wild is really strong and holds it sheen after 30 years!
I once had it stuck up on my wall as a 17 year old so you can see some blutak and pin markings but, a...gain, the front does not show this very much. It is a really thick paper but the folds are quite obvious. I hope photos point out the flaws but also the scale and beauty of the font/colours/artwork.
Additionally I am including the programme, or 'Songbook' for the Wild album/tour. It was a beautiful book originally with gorgeous Pierre et Gilles photography. The pages could be cut and mounted separately. Sadly it has had some water damage with some pages stuck together. Pp2&3 photo shows marking from page separation. Ticket stubs from Dec 89 are also there.
In my opinion a good framer with a heavy press could get a lot of the folding out. Its an awesome size. I will send folded as rolling wont improve poster - also i dont have a tube big enough!Condition is "Acceptable". Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class.
