This is a vintage genuine United States Navy Oxygen Breathing Apparatus ( OBA ) made by the Mine Safety Appliances Company of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and it is in good shape. It does show signs of wear (see pics). The canister has not been expended but may not be viable due to it's age. The OBA is complete and the timer has been tested.
