Up for auction is a pair of 19th C. Italian faience apothecary jars. They are decorated with hand painted grape leaves in blue and white. The form is very traditional and indicative of the time it was made pre-1900.
Jars measures approx. 4 1/2" Height & 4 3/4" Height both are 3" diameter.
In very good overall condition,
1 jar has a very small flake,
other jar has 1/2" whack visible and smaller chip on underside,
