1915 Lenore Asbury Artist Signed Rookwood Scenic Vellum Vase
Lenore Asbury (AMER), ROOKWOOD POTTERY Vase, C. 1915, H 11" . An early 20th century vase. Decorated by Lenore Asbury, who decorated pottery at Rookwood Pottery from 1894 through 1931. This vase features a stunning woodland scenery with a lake and mountains. Signature branding, artist's signature, incized v, and shape #946 impressed to the underside. Measurements are approx. 11" X 5". Excepti...onally fine artwork on this vase.
Condition: The face has overall crazing, a small flake in the glaze at the lip, a tiny color imperfection to the lip, and the tiniest chip to the base.
