This listing is for an antique, circa 1894, French Limoges porcelain demitasse coffee set with a pot and 5 cups and saucers. The coffee pot measures 6 3/4 inches high to the finial on the cover and is 6 1/4 inches or 15.8 cm wide from handle to spout. The cups measure 2 1/8 inches or 5.3 cm high and the saucers are 4 1/2 inches or 11.4 cm in diameter. The pieces have a high white glaze ground and heavy applied gold highlights along the edges and on the handles of the cups. The cups, s...aucers, and pot are all hand painted with different types of flowers. They are marked on the bottom with the artist's initials "L.P. 94". The condition is as follows; the finial on the cover of the coffee pot has a small chip, one cup has a small fleabites on the rim edge, one cup has a small fleabite on the bottom foot, one saucer has a small fleabite chip that a 1/2" hairline runs from the edge.
