This is a gorgeous Art Deco era Noritake two scroll handle cake or serving plate decorated in tan and teal lustre/luster with gold luster handles and trim. The plate itself is decorated with four flowers rendered in fiery red orange, yellow, claret and sienna Their blue and green foliage emerge from the ground and a geometric pattern of squares with gold lustre dots hover in the background. The plate measures 10.75" from handle to handle and is 1.5" tall. The piece is in excel...lent overall condition, with no chips, cracks, hairlines, fleabites or repairs. It is marked on the reverse with Noritake Cherry Blossom back stamp in red, mark 19.1. Payment must be received within ten (10) business days of the close of the auction or the sale may be voided.
