This was owned by Acting Master C.F Langley of the USS Tecumseh according to the engraving. This watch was an engraved presentation piece and was engraved after the ships disaster. We don't have any documentation but it's unlikely it wasn't his. His name was Charles F. Langley and there's a fair amo...unt of information about him on various websites. As you know not many men survived this disaster during the war, however according to various records Acting Master C.F Langley did survive.
