Superb J W Benson Solid 9 Carat Gold High Grade Half Hunter Gents Pocket Watch in excellent near mint condition & perfect working order.This watch winds smoothly & runs perfectly keeping good time.It is clearly hallmarked all over for Birmingham 1926 & with the case makers mark A.L.D (Dennison). Bears the serial number 341632 on front & back covers.As you can see from the detailed pictures this watch is in excellent condition throughout & has only few signs of use. Dial is in mint con...dition bearing the J.W. Benson name which is a little rubbed.Fine 17 jewelled Swiss movement is of high grade with screwed in jewels throughout & polished steel micro regulator.Front cover springs open perfectly to 90 degrees when top button is pushed.No inscriptions.A truly excellent pocket watch still suitable for regular & practical use & becoming increasingly difficult to find in this condition.Size: 50mm diameter, 68mm including loop, 12mm thick & weighs 96 grams.See all 18 images.
