Original Description:
A most delightful mid 19th century needlepoint picture presented in its original maple frame. The colours still vibrant with no holes or deterioration. The scene is of three children in very early Victorian style clothing carrying a floral garland. Presented in its original maple frame ( little chip to inner gilt slip, but not noticeable). A few old dormant worm holes to backing board, but long gone and treated. This item makes a lovely interior statement show casing the craft of the V...ictorian needle-woman.Size:- 41 cm x 35 cm.
