A 1940s vintage wood Tea Caddy / Storage Jar / Vintage Kitchenware / Vintage Tea Box
A really lovely tea caddy which could be used for many other purposes.
The tea caddy, funnily enough, has Tea written on the front. Above it are the initials EJ and below are CCo.
On the underneath of the lid are the remains of a sticky label which reads Edwin Jones, One Pound....
The caddy base measures 7 3/8 inches by 5 3/8 inches and is about 5 inches high.
The... condition is very good, it is lovely and clean and in fine fettle for the age.
It would be a super addition to any collection, excellent display or practical piece or authentic period prop.
