Rare and hard to locate, this is a set of four (4) mugs from the Staffordshire Liberty Blue collection. The scene on these pretty mugs is Monticello. The Liberty Blue collection only has one size of mugs and it was named the Hot Chocolate Mug in the collection but is also commonly used for coffee and tea these days.
All mugs are in immaculate condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The appear to have been very lightly used as there are no surface utensil scratc...hes or interior staining. Each mug measures exactly 3 3/4" tall. The blue transferware pattern is in excellent condition and the transferware patterns are crisp and clear. Please view all the pictures as they form part of this description. The back stamp is "England" as shown in the guide. Each mug holds 8 ounces.
