Original Description:
Early 19c small Georgian mahogany writing slope with brass carrying handles and one original inkwell or pounce pot.  The box is in very good antique condition apart from shrinkage splits on the lid.  The inkwell or pounce pot has a metal pierced insert on the top.  The triple lock, keep and hinges are intact  as is the escutcheon.  Please examine enlarged photos which form part of the description.
