Antique 19th StaffordshirePorcelain Figure of a Black Spotted Poodle c1835. Possibly SamuelAlcock Ex Dennis Rice Collection. Super early 19thc porcelain figure of a recumbent parti- colourpoodle 2 inches high on a base 3.75 inches x 2 inches. The poodle has black patches; it liesrecumbent on a shaped base decorated with a gilt line. The condition is good with just a firing flawwhich runs through.
