Thank you for looking at this auction for a vintage hand embroidered panel.

This large panel features a beautifully embroidered design of a crinoline lady walking in her garden, with a rose arbour, delicately embroidered flowers underneath the wisteria tree.

The crinoline lady's dress is particularly fine in its embroidery of delicately faded lilac coloured embroider...y silks and the flowers are a mix of pastel shades, all gently faded in colour . The background fabric is a fine beige linen and this measures 16 inches by 90 inches with rough outer edges. This panel dates from the 1930s I think
