The MARK HOPKINS HOTEL is in San Francisco, CA. It began in 1926 and is/was considered one of the big 4. I don't know how you get the cufflinks- if they are gifts from the Hotel or if you can purchase them at the giftshop, if they have one. The heads measure approx. 3/4" across x 3/4" tall. VERY Ornate GOLD TONE METAL. If you like nice, usable cufflinks at a good price, these are for you. Will come with a free gift box.
