Vintage Madame Alexander-kins 7 1/2" Bent Knee Walker Doll

This "Little Lovely" Needs Adoption & some TLCShe could use a little fixing up.
Her skin tone is showing some age and she could use some cleaning.
She's structurally sound and her eyes open and close well.
She has the slightly elevated "Walker Doll" neck and head.
When I move her legs back and forth her head does turn from side to side.
I do feel like her legs could be a ...little tighter, though.
When I press her legs closer into her leg sockets,
