This letter was one of several that my late Mother received from Mr. Gann. She was a fan of his writing as was my Father who was an aviator throughout his life. This letter is the only one that survived the years and is a fond reminder of the Greatest Generation.I do not have the resources to have this authenticated but on the other hand easy comparisons to other examples and the original letterheadI feel that it indicates there is no doubt that it is authentic.Letter measu...res 5 1/2 X 8 1/2 and is signed with black felt tip pen. It is in excellent condition with no other marks.
