Auction is for a Vintage 8" American Character Betsy McCall Doll and her friend, an unmarked Little Miss Revlon Clone Doll. The Clone Doll is very loosely strung and needs to be redone. She is made of hard vinyl with a soft vinyl face. Nice coloring, open and close blue eyes, red lips and white pearl earrings. Her eyes do open and close but are a bit sticky at times. Her long blonde hair is soft and thick and beautifully styled. See photos. She has red finger and toenail polish and her... body is clean with no stains or breaks. Betsy McCall is made of all hard plastic. Her arms both need re-strung. Both knees do still bend. She has a pretty face with red lips and open and close dark eyes. Nice light brown hair with bangs across the front and original hair clips. She is marked on the middle of her back with a circle and "McCall Corp". The body is clean with no stains but there is a crack in her crotch. See photo. This is a common thing for many of these type of dolls. I believe the sleeveless dress with blue velvet bodice and white skirt is original but there is no tag so I don't know for sure. Please see photos for more condition details.
