We require immediate payment through Paypal only. Shipments are almost always sent out same day with the cutoff being at around 5pm PST. We use USPS, both first class and priority mail. US post office estimates between 2-7 business days for first class mail and 2-3 business days for priority mail. For international sales, we use eBay's Global Shipping Program which calculates th...e import taxes, customs and delivery charge on their end. We offer a free local pickup option in check for anyone around the Los Angeles county. You must pick up the item within 3 days of the purchase date.
RETURNSSince we provide measurements and photos of each item, we cannot give refunds for items that do not fit or for minor imperfections. Our measurements are approximate can subjective as to where a hip / length etc is, so please ask us for a more descriptive measurement prior to purchasing if you need more than an approximate measurement. We use a professional flash which can sometimes add a slightly brighter or different tint to the item, so if you are worried about the exactness of the color, please message prior to purchase.
Please also be aware that our flash can alter the color slightly, so if you are very specific as to the exact shade you need please ask us beforehand. Although we offer our opinion of the item's condition, it is ultimately up to the buyer to look at our many professional photos and fully understand our no returns policy. We are happy to answer more specific condition questions before purchasing.
