Original Description:
Serge Nekrassoff made hand hammered pewter and copper wares in Connecticut in the 1920s-50s, and his naturalistic forms mimicked the best of Arts & Crafts design including Georg Jensen. These elegant candle sticks stand 6" high and have vines twisting along the shaft ending in small buds and leaves. The matched pair is lightly tarnished and can be polished to a shine. Both are signed Nekrassoff. This type of hand craftsmanship is rarely seen anymore.
