All Ultra Rares come in individual Card Saver 1s. Holo Rare is in a special Ho-Oh sleeve and top loader. Cards are used, but almost all are near mint!
Ultra Rares are a mix of English ...and Japanese cards, but you will only receive 1 Japanese Card ultra rare per pack if you get one.
