This budget Vogue tagged dress is a very popular one.  It works well as a party dress is your little walker Ginny doll wants to get dressed up!  It is in very good condition.  The metallic cord at the waist may be replaced.  It is gold colorred but does not seem to have the same texture as other cords I have seen on this dress.  However, there were many versions of this dress so this could be just another example.  I will let the buyer decide......
