Very nice vintage Toby Character Mug or Jug from ROYAL DOULTON . This is one of the Three Musketeers, named Porthos. Large, 32 oz. mug, 7 1/4" high.Excellent vintage condition. I do not know the exact age, but it was on display in my in-laws' home when I first met them in 1975. No chips, scratches, repairs, etc. There are a few TINY bits of crazing where the glaze is heaviest on the top of the feather. Glaze is shiny, colors bright.
