Stitched binding is very good for 121 years old. The Glossy pages are crisp. Paper aging but no moisture stains seen. The Cover is in beautiful condition for its age - with a slight indentation in the right upper corner - as if something had been sitting on it for a while. Thee are no musty odors, as photographed, as is.
Measures 6 1/4 inches high x 5 3/8 inches wide, hardbound, 36 coated heavy paper pages.This beautiful book has been in storage for years. It is in very good condition for its age, with no torn, or fragile pages - good binding. Beautiful artistry throughout the book.
