***PLEASE READ***This is a Vintage 1954 Vogue Ginny Doll #74 Whiz Kids Fever Cheeks in 1/2 of original box dressed in a 1953 Talon Zipper Party Dress and Hat with Flowers.
Re: the doll ~ body nice with no cracks, ships, repairs; legs work well and head turns when walking; arms sometimes hold a pose, but will drop to her sides (needs restringing?); eyes are beautiful with painted eyelashes & eyebrows, but will not always stay open; cheeks so rosy, lips deep pink; &nb...sp;has all her fingers & toes; marked on back "Ginny Vogue Doll Inc. Pat Pending Made in USA". Re: the Box ~ no lid; box torn left bottom corner & near upper left top; "Hi! I'm Ginny etc." intact inside; Label intact; price marked 5.98. Box measures 8 1/2" x 6" x 3".Re: the outfit ~ outfit complete; socks stretched out somewhat which is why she doesn't have them on; shoes discolored from aging; Talon zipper works well!; label on outfit missing; pink taffeta bloomers & slip in very good condition, elastic still very good; hat is original with good elastic strap, flowers on it very good; dress itself of white nylon has all its ruffles & lace, flowers on both sides complete & intact, ribbon intact in back. No rips, tears, stains, repairs, or discoloration.
