Very Rare! Vintage 1960s Bandai Volkswagen Beetle Battery operated Tin Litho Toy, rare model with slide open Sunroof! Nice overall unrestored condition, front and rear 'glass' are intact with no splits, rubber tires are all in good condition, all four hubcaps are present. All the trim and both bumpers are there, radio antenna is still functional as well. Clear visible deck lid allows you to see the engine, the fan blade would actually turn when the car is... in motion. Very minor paint loss from play as seen in the photos. Very nice overall condition. This is the medium Bandai VW, measures 10 1/2" in length. Battery compartment door is missing, when batteries are put in it does start working, the light comes on in the engine compartment but the fan does not turn. Please look at the 8 attached photos and bid accordingly, ask any questions you may have, sold as is. From the non-smoking estate of an avid Volkswagen Toy collector!
