This gorgeous First Edition is bound with dark green cloth and the famous gold gilt stamped peacock, all edges are gilt also. Condition is Very Good. Slight lean to binding. Gilt stamping is a bit tarnished and slightly rubbed, though remains much nicer and brighter than as usually found. Cloth rubbed through at corners and lightly worn on gold pages an...d spine ends. Previous owner name and inscription in pen on half title page. A nice copy of a book produced with the highest quality! Thanks for looking!
