Antique, photo illustrated Long Island book in overall good condition. As you can see from the photos the exterior has spotting which appears to be from fading away of the cloth. Upper and lower ends of the cloth of the spine have also worn away and the outer edges of the boards also show some rubbing. Binding is sound though has three bookbinder's tape repairs to reinforce... it as pictured. Interior is for the most part very clean with only some occasional and marginal soiling.
Book totals 364 pages, measures 9 1/4 x 6 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches and weighs about 2 pounds.
