We have here is a very nice Jerry Matzen Folk Art Fish Decoy.  This decoy has glass eyes, metal fins, carved mouth and gills, great paint, bottom signed, and is 7.5" long.  Jerry Matzen of Nevis, Minnesota; he started carving in the 1980's after being taught by Otto Bishop of Osage, Minnesota.
