Dear Customer. I'm glad to propose up for the sale rare and unique lens - Meyer Optik Gorlitz Domiron 2/50mm with Exakta mount in excellent working condition. Great choice for collectors.Will fit digital cameras like Sony/Canon/Nikon etc. with adapters which could be bought on eBay!

Meyer-Optik Görlitz Domiron 50mm f/2.0 is a manual focus prime lens for Exakta SLR cameras.It's known for :- Unique image and bokeh (unlike any other Meyers or oth...er lenses)- Good ergonomics, also due to the very wide focusing ring- Small MDF (not without reason it was listed as Makro- und Standardobjektiv in the manufacturer's catalog)- The front lens is deeply recessed - so no lens-hood is needed- Focusing system with correction at close distances due to a floating element (the first German lens with this design, later this solution was implemented by Nikon in macro-optics under the name CRC)
This is a great lens and overall it's an amazing thing. Of the Meyer's line of optics, It's the most unusual for sure.

Condition:Body is in good condition (has minor signs of use). Glass is clean from scratches. Iris blades are clean of oil. There is no haze, no fungus or dust inside. Aperture blades are clean from oil. The diaphragm moves nicely at every aperture position. The diaphragm-control ring turns smoothly and accurate. The focusing turns smoothly and precise. I can send more detailed photos - just ask.Last photos were made with this lens and Sony-A7 digital camera using Exakta-NEX adapter (both at f/2.0) Comes With:Front and rear lens caps, leather lens case.
