We have a lovely copy of Ray Bradbury’s seminal dystopian novel Fahrenheit 451, published by the Limited Editions Club in 1982. Known as the Aluminum Edition, the book is lavishly illustrated by Joseph Mugnani and bound in aluminum by Robert A Burlen and Sons, Hingham Massachusetts. Condition of the book and slipcase is Very Good overall. Slipcase shows signs of handling and wear, both sides show moderate soiling and flaking of material. Book is also Very Good, spine showing wear wit...h some modest flaking of material as well as a small scrape on the rear board. Internally, book is in fine condition with no wear whatsoever. Pages are cream white, beautiful with no sign of use. The Monthly Letter of the Limited Editions Club on “Book Burning” is enclosed. This is copy #1546, also elegantly signed by Bradbury and Mugnani.
