This is a Cy Halvorson Folk Art Fish Decoy. Cy Halvorson is from Wilmar, Minnesota. This decoy does have some paint loss, tack eyes, metal fins, and is 7" long. Its in good condition for its age.
We just bought an old timer's decoy box recently full of some nice decoys. These decoys have been in this decoy box for 40 to 50 years. We will be listing them so keep an eye on Gizzardstew and our fish decoys.
