c 1938-1952 MINT CONDITION NO RESERVE Description I am pleased to offer a rare vintage cup and saucer set made by Paragon, England Stunning design of an elegant la...rge pink rose in full bloom with dark leaves floating on black The cup interior and saucer recess are identical The remaining cup and saucer body is a very soft pale aquamarine blue One of the most beautiful cups and saucers I have ever seen Both cup and saucer are in perfect condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines, other damage or restoration Both pieces pass the ping test of bone china perfectly No wear to transfer; no wear to trim Cup measures 2 1/4" tall at sides and 2 1/2" to top of handle and is 4 7/8" across including handle; the saucer is 5 1/2" across Double warrant mark Marked as shown in photo with pattern A 1347/1 handpainted in burned orange This double warrant mark was used from 1938-1952 Please ignore all white spots on photos caused by camera flash This stunning set would make a great addition to your collection No reserve so good luck in your bids!
