Here is a 2 1/2" Diameter Powell Steam Whistle With Built In Valve. The bell measures 2 1/2" wide and 3 7/8" tall. Overall height is 10 1/8", and it has a 3/4" connecting inlet. It reads Powell on both sides of the valve, and has 2 1/2 on the connecting hex. The bell does have a few small dents in it, but nothing major. It looks like someone buffed this whistle sometime ago. It is very clean inside and out. The inside valve seats well and is read...y to work or display. A few pictures are blurry.
