Here is a 3 1/2" Diameter Crane Steam Whistle with separate valve. The height of the whistle alone is 12", and it has a 3 1/2" X 6" bell. Overall height with the flange that I added (which is included) is 18 1/2" tall. Judging by the valve cap and lever of the 1" valve, I believe it could be a Cincinnati Brass valve, but I could be wrong. Shown in the pictures you can see that it was shot several times in the bell, but t...hey did not go all the way thru, and looks like it was done a very long time ago. The bell is straight with the slot of the bowl and languid plate, so it should still work. I did not take this whistle apart or clean it. This is how I got it and the only thing I did was add the flange to stand it up. Please check out my other auctions on now and in the next few weeks for more steam whistles and related items.
