Exceptional Running Bear Native American Indian turquoise Sterling silver bead necklace, stamped .925 and RB in a bear by the shop; the artist is most likely Navajo but the piece is not signed. This outstanding necklace features 5 pendants similar in size, with two bales on top, and connected to each other by sturdy loops. Each pendant showcases 2 vibrant blue stones set in serrated bezels. The larger stones are wrapped in twisted wire, and the smaller stones on the bottom are framed b...y raindrops. The stones were applied to a flat setting, and adorned with intricate raised leaves on both sides, and a beautiful silver flower on top. The pendants are approximately 1 11/16" tall by almost 1 7/16" wide. This piece weighs about 92 grams, and measures 18 1/4" and with extender is 21 3/8" in length from hook to eye depending on where it attaches. The 3 11/16" extender can be removed if not needed. Very nice stones and silver work.
