Original Description:
Beautiful hand written indenture with clear date of  11 June 1677 on calf skin vellum. Mentions King Charles II at the beginning.  Appears to be a sale of land in Dudley Worcestershire. Names John Tompson and Elizabeth Tompson are mentioned, also John Dunton and others.  You can probably work out more from the content if you study the photographs above.I have taken photos of entire front and back, wax seal, and some close-ups of the content.
Neatly folded with no tear...s. Very attractive and would frame very well. Writing and vellum are bright and unfaded.

When unfolded about 60 cm wide and 38 cm long.
