antique wall phone. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Wall mount push button I HAVE NO CLUE HOW OLD, ITS NOT A ROTARY DIAL. QUESTIONS WILL TRY TO BE ANSWERED PROMPTLY. Phone jack on back, good condition,   the phone line that is attatched to the phone is included but it does not include the line that connects the phone into the wall jack. There is a small amount of rust or discoloration around the 2 front ringer bells. otherwise great condition. i personally th...ink the rust gives the phone more character with a true vintage look.
