This 9 x 7 1/2 inches letter sheet has a watermark of  "J. G. & Co".   This letter is to Mrs. Pinckney & Mrs Horry and offers her sincere wishes that they may have a agreeable voyage, etc  Not sure if Mr. Ramsey wrote the letter for her or not.  It is believed that Mr. Ramsey was Dr. David Ramsey.  Shipping includes insurance.
